A business development and innovation expert, Ivan Young has over 30 years of successful sales, sales management, and marketing in the Healthcare Industry, including Ultrasound, Medical Imaging, and 3D Software. Mr. Young introduced 2D Ultrasound in the US with SKI (Smith Kline Instruments in 1977, 1^st National Accounts Manager 1980 with ATL Ultrasound (now Philips Ultrasound) acquiring contacts with Hospital Vendors HCA, Humana, Catholic Health West (now Dignity Health). He introduced Color Flow Mapping and Doppler (1986) in USA with Irex (Division of J&J) as Business Manager for Ultrasound. From 1988-1992 with TAMS (Toshiba America Medical Systems USA) he lead a 3 fold increase in sales. In 1992 Mr. Young introduced 3D Ultrasound in USA with TomTec (German Company now owned by Philips).

Since 2006 he has worked as an Independent Healthcare Consultant in Sales and Marketing with small new upstart companies (Ideal Life, Contract Management Strategies, and PPE -Personal Protection Equipment) for Covid protection to healthcare facilities and other industries.
