Brian Cohen is a highly credentialed healthcare executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience spanning clinical operations, medical management, and strategic business ownership. A versatile leader, Brian possesses a rare combination of advanced business training and deep technical mastery across multiple medical imaging modalities.

As the President and Owner of multiple healthcare ventures, including K-Space Imaging Corp. and K-Space Care Solutions, Brian has demonstrated a profound ability to scale specialized services while maintaining a focus on compassionate care and operational safety. His background includes significant leadership roles within the UR Medicine system, where he served as Director of Diagnostic Imaging, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, regulatory compliance, and personnel for a wide range of imaging and radiation therapy departments. He also served several years as a Systems Manager for Mobile PET Systems/Molecular Imaging Corp. providing managerial leadership for multiple mobile PET and PET/CT scanners in the Northeast.

Brian holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Medical Management from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business. He is a Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) and a recognized expert in MRI safety, holding the credential of Magnetic Resonance Safety Officer (MRSO). His extensive list of certifications in Nuclear Medicine, PET, and MRI reflects a career-long commitment to clinical excellence.
